Codex 13 was born from the conviction that technical education deserves a better foundation.

We are not building another course platform. We are building a system of thinking — a cohesive environment where knowledge, practice, and responsibility form a single whole.

We believe education should be:

  • Accessible — no paywall, no ads, no artificial barriers
  • Practical — rooted in real technologies and industry standards
  • Transparent — with clear rules, open communication, and respect for privacy

We want Codex 13 to become a reference educational system that:

  1. Raises standards — demonstrates that Polish-language technical materials can be reliable, consistent, and maintained with attention to detail
  2. Respects the user — proves that professional tools can be built without tracking, manipulation, and with respect for privacy
  3. Connects layers — integrates knowledge with practice, and the site itself is a living example of the technologies it teaches

Privacy by design

Privacy is not an option — it is a foundation. No cookies, tracking, or external analytics. Local assets, EU-based servers.

Quality over quantity

We prefer less content, but better. Every material is thoughtful, verified, and maintained — we don’t publish for the sake of publishing.

Transparency

All rules, policies, and practices are publicly available. We don’t hide what we do — or why.

Responsibility

We comply with the law, respond to reports, fix errors. We treat users as partners, not as product.

Codex 13 is created by Naster Labs — a technology brand of Luczak Consulting P.S.A., a Polish company based in Łódź.
