1. Purpose and scope
Section titled “1. Purpose and scope”1.1. These Terms govern the use of the website available at https://codex13.dev (the “Service”).
1.2. The Service provides educational and informational digital content free of charge.

4. Service features
Section titled “4. Service features”4.1. The Service provides educational Content such as articles, guides, presentations and code examples.
4.2. No account registration is required at the time of publication of these Terms.
4.3. Additional features (e.g., user accounts, newsletter) may be introduced in the future; relevant documents will be updated accordingly.
5. Technical requirements
Section titled “5. Technical requirements”5.1. To use the Service you need: a) an Internet-connected device, b) an up-to-date web browser, c) the ability to establish an encrypted connection (TLS).
6. Acceptable use
Section titled “6. Acceptable use”6.1. Users must use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
6.2. Users must not: a) infringe intellectual property rights or licensing terms, b) disrupt availability or security of the Service, c) perform large-scale automated downloads (scraping/crawling) that overload infrastructure, subject to lawful exceptions.
6.3. The Provider may temporarily limit availability due to maintenance or security incidents.
7. Intellectual property and licensing
Section titled “7. Intellectual property and licensing”7.1. Unless stated otherwise, Content is protected by copyright.
7.2. Users may use Content for personal and educational purposes within applicable legal limits.
7.3. Codex 13 source code is licensed under the terms specified in the relevant repository’s LICENSE file and may be subject to restrictions (e.g., proprietary / non-commercial).
7.4. In case of conflict between these Terms and a specific license, the specific license prevails.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Section titled “8. Disclaimer and liability”8.1. Content is educational and informational only.
8.2. The Provider is not liable for: a) decisions made based on Content, b) use of code examples in production environments, c) downtime due to technical reasons.
9. Complaints

9.2. Please include: (a) your e-mail, (b) description, (c) expected resolution.
9.3. We aim to respond within 14 days.
10. Personal data

11.2. The current version is published in the Service. Using the Service after publication means acceptance of the updated version.
12. Governing law
